Remittance Terms
Normal Remittance Terms are payment with order using
our accepted payment methods. Cheque payments will be
subject to normal clearance delays prior to us shipping
your order (normally no more than 5 working days, though
occasionally longer).
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal as it is a fast, easy and convenient
way for you and us to collect and pay for goods and services
purchases on the internet. We also accept Credit Card
payments using Nochex credit card services.
Shipping
We cannot ship goods unless a payment notification is
received from PayPal or Nochex. If you pay by cheque
this can be done by special arrangement only and will
require up to five working days to clear.
Non UK orders
Please note that all prices on this website are inclusive
of all delivery charges within the UK. We will accept
orders from outside the UK but will have to add an additional
fee to the price to cover shipping. Please send your
ex-UK shipping requirements to us so that we can supply
shipping options with you.
Returns Policy
We fully comply with the "The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be
found at

All returned working goods will be subject to a surcharge
of 25% + postage. This is to keep our costs down and
enable savings to be passed onto genuine customers.
Undelivered Items
Any items that are not delivered, (lost in the post)
will need to be claimed for from Royal Mail. Therefore
we are unable to offer an automatic refund for items
lost in the post as it may effect our claim. If SIM cards
are not delivered we may contact the service provider
who can bar the SIM card. Any refunds requested may be
subjected to the terms of the Returns Policy above
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You
will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Schedule
When you place your order online, you will be send you a confirmation email
immediately from PayPal to let you know we have successfully received your
order.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders received before
10.00am Monday-Friday on the same day.
Please note: deliveries will only be sent to the PayPal
or Nochex account holders address.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary. We use Royal Mail second class
delivery. Usually items will arrive within one to two
days of dispatch. Occasionally items take longer. We
cannot be held responsible for any delivery times outside
of the delivery time guidelines. When items have taken
longer that 10 days from dispatch to reach you the item
is deemed to be lost in the post and the procedure outlined
above (undelivered items) will be put into place.
Pricing Changes
All Mobile Stuff reserves the right to amend obvious pricing errors that
may be shown on the internet when purchasing items. Whilst care is taken
to ensure all prices are correct, input errors will be notified to the purchaser
upon receipt of their order.
We reserve the right to refuse the fulfillment of any
order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification
of your details. You can check the information that we
hold by sending an email to us.
If you place an order on this site you agree to abide

SIM Card tariff Changes
For time to time
operators update their tariffs and the amount of free
credit given on registration. We will
endeavor to adjust the website details as required
but ask customers to seek conformation from from the
operators website's prior to purchase. All Mobile Stuff
reserve the right to add or remove tariff details on
operates in good faith. All Mobile Stuff cannot be
held responsible for operators changing their tariffs or the amount of free credit given on registration
